I really need to go to bed and to sleep earlier. I should have swam this morning but it worked out anyway because of Homecoming week at our school that we didn't have practice after school so I swam then. I swam a 2500 then traded Lindsey for the kids so she could get her run in. When she got home I changed and left for a bike ride for 1:45 with :40 total of tempo. Now I'm home and she's gone to the Homecoming festivities! I will shower up and go meet the family here in a bit.
This week is going good in terms of me getting in my workouts as I haven't missed a single one. But I think I misplaced my mojo?! If anyone sees it please bring it home. I don't feel fast... Is this normal!?
