1:10 run this morning with :20 of that at tempo pace. Then a bike this evening for 2:00 with :30 of that tempo. Nothing fancy here, just work.
Today was my last day of summer. Tomorrow I have to report to work and we get kids on Wednesday. I have a feeling these next 2 months are gonna test me... daily.
