Today started a 2 week build for BSLT 70.3. I ran 10 miles this morning before work and swam a 3000 at lunch.
The run was really good because I through in some 4 minute fartlek runs after an hour of running.
I hadn't eaten anything all morning because I was running out of time and when I finally ate lunch at 1:30 I was sooo hungry and I happen to sit on the couch with a new inside triathlon magazine and I was out like a light for the afternoon.
Total for the week is 3 hours and 40 minutes.
