This morning my run was crap... because I had a lot in me! I ate too late and too much last night when I was in Albuquerque getting my bike upgraded. Taco Cabana revenge!
I still managed to run :45 with some XC boys in the morning and I swam a 2000 this evening. My run felt gross but my swim was surprisingly good! I did mostly easy swimming but I did do some 100's at race pace which meant I was leaving on the 1:30, coming in on 1:17.
So far this week, I have a little more than 5 hours of training.
