Day 63: 6/16/2010

Early morning run. 10 miles in 1:18. :45 easy run, then 3 x 5' with 1' recovery and then a cool down. The easy parts were around 7:45 and the intervals were 6:10 pace. Felt really comfortable the whole time.

Afternoon nap.

Easy 1 hour mountain bike ride in the evening.

2 hour and 20 minute day which makes about 7.5 hours for the week.
